1. Entry Level Representative

The main focus in this role is to learn product knowledge, communication, professionalism, and work toward mastering sales through face-to-face conversations with customers.

2. Corporate Trainer

They coach and train the team on sales skills, mindset, and daily execution, help with second-round interviews, and start learning the basics of leadership and team development.

3. Assistant Manager

Move into the “behind the scenes” side of the business. They start learning payroll, interviewing, budgeting, and basic office operations. A key part of this role is planning expansion into new areas with our clients.

4. Director of Operations

Directors manage the brand and all marketing campaigns in their territory. They make sure every campaign follows client guidelines, compliance rules, and Aces standards. Every Director starts at the entry level and works their way up by delivering strong results over time.
